The Winterwonder Mörbisch is open from November 22, 2025 to January 4, 2026 on weekends – Friday to Sunday. Admission is not possible outside of opening hours.
On Fridays and Saturdays, Winterwunder Mörbisch is open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (last admission at 7:30 p.m.). On Sundays, Winterwunder Mörbisch is open to visitors from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last admission at 6:30 p.m.). The box office opens at 3:30 p.m., 30 minutes before the start of the event.
This year, for the first time, we will also be open on Monday, December 8, and we look forward to seeing you on December 26 as well. Admission is not possible outside of opening hours.
Yes, there will also be a box office at Winterwunder Mörbisch. A surcharge of € 1.50 per ticket will be payable at the box office. The box office opens at 3:30 p.m.
Yes, children also need a ticket to visit the Winterwonder Mörbisch. Children up to 6 years do not pay admission. Children aged 6 to 15 years pay € 9 admission.
No, the tickets are not tied to a name. A name must be provided when purchasing season tickets, which are therefore linked to the name provided.
When purchasing tickets, you must select the desired day. The purchased tickets are only valid on that day.
For more flexibility—or if you want to give tickets as a gift—you can purchase gift tickets, which are not tied to a specific day.
Senior citizens, students and recruits with ID (please bring proof with you) pay the reduced price of € 15 in advance sale. For the family package (2 adults + 1 child), visitors pay € 40 and € 3 for each additional child.
People with disabilities and one companion each receive a 40% discount on tickets for Winterwonder Mörbisch. A disability pass must be presented for this.
For large groups of 15 people or more, there is a 10% discount when booking through my burgenland Travel. Large groups of 40 people or more receive a 20% discount when booking through my burgenland Travel.

In this case, the group price is applied as a flat rate to the total price, which means a discount on all tickets in every category.
Example: For a group of 40 children and 10 accompanying adults, the group discount of 20% is applied to all tickets in all categories.
In the event of weather-related cancellation of the event 2 hours before the scheduled start time (04:00 p.m.), the full ticket price will be refunded via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Ticket purchasers will be notified of the cancellation by email. Any changes or cancellations will be announced on social media channels.

Yes, Winterwonder Mörbisch is barrier-free. The lakeside resort and the illuminated path are paved throughout and therefore accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. The path from the nativity scene back to the lakeside resort is also accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. An alternative route is also being created from the Advent village to the Christmas nativity scene.
