Winterwonder Mörbisch is currently closed. We are already looking forward to the second season from November 22, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Thanks to 28,000 visitors in the first year. We will keep you up to date here.

Opening hours & tickets

  • When is the Winterwonder Mörbisch open?

    The Winterwonder Mörbisch is open from November 22, 2025 to January 4, 2026 on weekends – Friday to Sunday. Admission is not possible outside of opening hours.

    On Fridays and Saturdays, Winterwunder Mörbisch is open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (last admission at 7:30 p.m.). On Sundays, Winterwunder Mörbisch is open to visitors from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last admission at 6:15 p.m.).

    Exceptions are Sunday, December 7 (4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., last admission at 7:30 p.m.) and Monday, December 8 (4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., last admission at 6:15 p.m.).

     

  • Will there be a box office?

    Yes, there will also be a box office at the Winterwonder Mörbisch. Here you can purchase tickets for the respective day if any are still available. 

  • Do children need tickets?

    Yes, children also need a ticket to visit the Winterwonder Mörbisch. Children up to 6 years do not pay admission. Children aged 6 to 15 years pay € 9 admission.

  • Are the tickets personalized or named?

    No, the tickets are not tied to a name. 

  • Are the tickets tied to a specific day?

    Yes, when you buy the tickets, you have to select the desired day. The purchased tickets are valid only on that day.

  • Are there discounts for seniors, students and recruits?

    Senior citizens, students and recruits with ID pay the reduced price of €15. For the family package (2 adults + 1 child), visitors pay €40 and €3 for each additional child.

  • Are there discounts with the Burgenland Card?

    Yes. Holders of the Burgenland Card can visit the Winterwonder Mörbisch for free. The Burgenland Card serves as an admission ticket and must be shown. Information about the Burgenland Card is available at card.burgenland.info. 

  • Do I have to print out the ticket?

    There will be ticket scanners at the entrance. It is not absolutely necessary to print out the tickets. These can also be shown as a PDF on a smartphone. 

  • Are there discounts for people with disabilities?

    People with disabilities and one companion each receive a 40% discount on tickets for Winterwonder Mörbisch. A disability pass must be presented for this. 

  • Are there discounts for groups?

    For large groups of 15 people or more, there is a 10% discount when booking through my burgenland Travel. Large groups of 40 people or more receive a 20% discount when booking through my burgenland Travel.

  • Will there be season tickets? 

    Yes, there will be season tickets. These cost €49 for adults and €29 for children. 

  • What services are included in the ticket price? 

    The ticket for Winterwonder Mörbisch includes the projection shows on the floating stage, a visit to the Christmas village, the children's program and the program highlights on the stages (readings, concerts, etc.).
