Set the stage for the magic of winter in Burgenland: during the cold season, the Seebühne Mörbisch transforms into a sparkling winter wonderland. An extraordinary production with a radio play and projections onto the largest Christmas nativity scene in the world creates a very special atmosphere at Lake Neusiedl.

During the winter months, Burgenland offers a new and unique excursion destination: the famous lake stage at Lake Neusiedl sparkled in Christmas lights at the Winterwonder Mörbisch. Discover the largest Christmas nativity scene in the world. The touching Christmas story is brought to life with an impressive projection show. Magic lights, which extend over the entire area, radiate pure Advent magic. Regional culinary delights and arts and crafts can be discovered and enjoyed in the charming Christmas village. The Christmas attraction is rounded off with a varied children's program, concerts and much more.

The world's largest nativity scene

Experience the Christmas story up close. The impressive nativity scene on the Seebühne Mörbisch is brought to life by spectacular projection shows. At 90 meters wide and 18 meters high, the nativity scene is a unique attraction and the largest nativity scene in the world. A Christmas audio play, read by Nicholas Ofczarek and Tamara Metelka, sets the mood for the projection shows.

A sparkling light display that extends over the entire grounds, in addition to the nativity scene, creates an unforgettable Christmas experience. In the magical atmosphere, you will pass romantic photo spots and encounter more than 30 glowing sculptures.
